Our test kits are dispatched by Royal Mail Tracked 24 and usually will arrive within 1-2 business days. Very rarely, kits may be delayed within the postal system.
You can use the tracking link included in your dispatch email and text message notification to track your order. Royal Mail will normally advise an estimated delivery time frame.
If your test kit does not arrive within 5 business days, please contact our support team at help@forthsupport.co.uk, confirming your delivery address, and we'll send you a replacement kit to you free of charge.
