If your recommended collection day (e.g. day 3 or day 21 of your menstrual cycle) falls on a Friday or weekend, please follow this adjusted guidance:
If day 3 , 14 or 21 falls on a Friday, collect your sample on Thursday instead (day 2, day 13 or day 20).
If day 3, 14 or 21 falls on a Saturday or Sunday, collect your sample on Monday (day 4/5, day 15/day 16 or 22/23).
This small adjustment won’t affect the interpretation of your results, and it helps ensure your sample arrives at the lab within the correct time window for analysis.
